We use PostHog as an analytics service provider. A limited sample of sessions may be replayed to diagnose usability problems such as repeated or unresponsive clicks. Replay text and form inputs are masked, while uploaded files, floor plans, generated images, SVGs, canvases, and media are blocked from recording. We do not intentionally send prompts, file names, plan contents, raw error messages, payment details, or internal task and project identifiers as product-event properties.

Analytics uses a random browser identifier stored locally. If you sign in, anonymous activity may be associated with your account so we can understand the path from first visit to successful use. Signing out resets the browser analytics identity.
